Here is the cancellation policy : AIMTC needs to plan international travel. Therefore, it is important to ensure the commitment of trainees during the registration process. 1- In case of cancellation or early termination due to a student withdrawing from the regular program: deposits are non-refundable. 2- If a student in the regular program is unable to attend the training due to a duly recognized case of force majeure, the student will be reimbursed for the deposit amount. 3- Deposits made by students in review courses are non-refundable. 4- If the course is cancelled by the school itself, AIMTC, the deposit is 100% refundable.

It depends on the course in question. Normally, the discount for repeating a course is 40%, and exceptionally, it can be 50% of the original course price.
